Melamine Faced Particle Board for Furniture and Building
Particle Board (chipboard) is a kind of man-made panel produced through drying and sifting flakes planed from small logs, branches, processed wood leftover (such as planed flakes, sawing dust) or other botanic fibers, and pressing the flakes injected with resin, water-proof agent and other additives at a certain temperature and pressure.

2. Advantage of Particle board/Chipboard
1) good sound absorption and sound insulation performance; thermal insulation, sound absorption board
2) internal cross stone structure of granular, performance of each part is basically the same, the horizontal bearing capacity.
3)particleboard surface smooth, realistic texture, bulk density and uniform thickness, small error, pollution resistance, aging resistance, beautiful appearance, can paint and various veneer particleboard;
4)in the production process, with small amount of glue, environmental protection coefficient is relatively high.

1). Making Furniture
Furniture that costs more can use a variety of fiberboard and natural milled wood. The same look

2). Cabinets
The best solution is to use particle board cases and real wood faces. This creates a fairly inexpensive cabinet and makes particle board a popular product in the industry.
3). Home Accents
The most popular place for accents are around windows, doors, floor and ceiling in the form of trim and molding. These materials are made cheaper when they are created from particle board. Particle board is easy to install and even easier to paint.
4). Flooring
Particle board normally is not used as a main flooring but is often used to cover hardwood floors that are already present in a home.
