What is OSB ?
OSB, full name is Oriented Strand Board, is the upgrading of the traditional particleboard products, its mechanical properties with
directionality, durability, moisture resistance and dimensional stability than ordinary particleboard.
With a small expansion coefficient, no distortion, good stability, uniform material and nail holding high performance.

OSB Application
It is used in household, package, furniture, residential and commercial construction field, and so on.
Four types of OSB:
OSB-1- is intended for use in conditions of low humidity (furniture, paneling, and packaging).
OSB-2- used in the manufacture of load-bearing structures in dry conditions.
OSB-3- is used in the manufacture of load-bearing structures in wet conditions.
OSB-4- heavy-duty load-bearing boards for use in humid conditions

Production Process
All of our products are produced with full set Imported Germany automatic production line.
Hunglin is a large group engaged in manufacturing and supplying various building, construction and decorative
materials as well as furniture we are manufacturing and supplying quality OSB and chipboard/particleboard for
10 years. We, throughout the whole production process, have been striclty following the industry standards, both
international and national, such as ly/t 1580-2010, GB t 1.1-2009, ISO/fdis 16894: 2009, GB/t 17657, GB 18580,
GB 19367, etc. We are always confident that even no other Chinese wood suppliers can compete with us both in
terms of quality and prices at the same time.
Our OSB is manufactured from waterproof heat-cured adhesives and rectangularly shaped wood strands that are
arranged in cross-oriented layers, similar to plywood. With 4 advanced production lines imported from Germany,
we are now capable of producing and supplying more than 200, 000 m3 of various OSB boards per year. So far our
OSB has been well sold to Europe, central Asia, south Asia, Middle East, Africa, North America, as well as south
America. Our OSB is widely used in residential and commercial construction, such as sheathing in walls, flooring,
and roof decking, furniture, packaging, decoration, etc.
